Since 2004, the SEMA Global Media Awards Program has been a staple of the SEMA Show. It involves journalists from throughout the world coming to the SEMA Show, with the purpose of identifying and discovering what new products are likely to succeed in their home countries. The participating media represent some of the industry’s top magazines and the editors are among the most respected in the world. This year we were awarded a 2018 Global Media Award for our updated 1957 Chevy Surefit Kit by Simon Telford of Street Machine Magazine out of Australia. When we asked Simon why he chose our product he responded with, “Australian summers are hot and so are '57 Chevs. So anything that can help owners of these shoebox Chevs get air con into their car easier has to be a good thing”.
